Jack Boys will feature Scott’s single “Highest in the Room, which was released this past October.
In an interview with Beats One Radio host Zane Lowe, the MC told the DJ, “I’m at the point where I’m just trying to cook up some dope shit and drop ‘Highest in the Room,’ and maybe put something around it. I mean, shit, I’m in no rush frankly, but I’m taking my time to come up with the next album. But I’m always down to drop music and serve some packs to the fans. It’s time for the fans to eat.”
The piece of art is set to arrive before the end of the year, which is hopefully able to arrive just in time for music aficionados just before the year comes to a close.
Scott scored two No. 1 hit singles on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Highest in the Room” and “Sicko Mode” with Drake. Both singles peaked at the top spot for only one week. He has seven top 10 hits including “Zeze,” “Take What You Want,” “Stargazing” “Portland” and “Let It Fly.” Astroworld garnered the top spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart, and remained in the superior placement for three weeks — out of a total of 68 weeks on the listing.
Scott was last spotted performing “Take What You Want” with Ozzy Osbourne and Post Malone at the 2019 American Music Awards on Sunday, November 24th. He is also confirmed as one of the headliners for Lollapalooza South America 2020.
